ATTS Coffee 板橋江子翠站/ Banqiao
ATTS咖啡就在我有點印象有不太有印象的新北市藝文中心對面的小巷中，
來自日本的老闆因為驚豔於數年前嚐到的古坑咖啡，
而在苦練之後毅然決然跑到板橋開了咖啡店
真是很有漫畫劇情的感覺。
選在星期三的下午前往結果還是坐滿了人。
以偏淺焙的方式呈現的台灣古坑咖啡 (來自巴登咖啡)，
前段的略帶焦糖味的香甜跟後段微微的娛人果酸味，
讓人有點想到市民大道上的超級名店Coffee Sweet的咖啡風格。
古坑咖啡果然還是很有戰力的!
當然，這前提是要有很棒的豆源、烘焙、沖煮，
ATTS的日本老闆顯然完美詮釋了這三要件。
Yet another story of a Japanese falling in love with the land of Taiwan, ATTS coffee is obviously a legit high quality specialty coffee shop that you might expect from your stereotype Japanese artisan. The owner was initially amazed by the high quality Gu-Keng coffee he tasted couple years ago, and the passion eventually drove him to open ATTS in Banqiao. Indeed, the Taiwanese coffee I got here was a very legit light roasted cup of well-balanced coffee that again reminded me of the most balanced coffee I had ever tried, the Jamaican Blue Mountain. It started with a taste of sweetness all the way to the middle, and ended with a good fruity acidity without exaggeration. No wonder it won another Japanese's heart. Well done, coffee growers of my country.
