臺北咖啡足跡_Coffee Sweet - The true definition of signature roast

Coffee Sweet是隱匿地藏在市民大道旁的小店,
店如其名以極淺焙豆跟著重在表現咖啡的甜味聞名
老闆的烘焙/賽風技術實在是太扯了!

How should you define your signature roast? A blend that is always consistent? A single origin that is so unique?

What about making all of your roasts your signature roast?  Here comes the Coffee Sweet.

好姨曾經說過:
做菜就是這樣啦,就跟跑步游泳一樣,還不就你做甚麼他做甚麼 ,
同樣的評語用到咖啡上也是一樣,
烘焙就是這樣啦,
還不是你做甚麼他做甚麼。
當然,世間永遠有特例,
Coffee Sweet的咖啡就是這樣,

堅持於極淺焙跟強力表現咖啡酸甜,
甚至在咖啡單上明白地寫下這樣的堅持 (不爽不要來啦,大概就是這樣的意思)。
一定有人會不喜歡coffee sweet,
這樣正好,
因為這間小小的咖啡店位子已經夠難搶了。
想到去年有次我在實驗室誤打誤撞轟出類似的極淺焙極酸甜風味,
馬上被大家譙到爆啊~~
當然,拿這種極淺焙咖啡座espresso確實需要天生愛吃醋的人才有辦法啊

Coffee Sweet 絕對是世界上最好的精品咖啡店之一。

Coffee Sweet is one of the best specialty coffee shops, a specialty of its own existence. The uniqueness  stems in the intransigent attitude of the roaster/owner in serving the ultralight roast. The emphasis of this ultralight roast style is described in the very title, a focus on sweetness and also acidity of the coffee cherry. Indeed, the roast is not for every coffee drinker, but the amazing persistence is as usual the only ingredient to Coffee Sweet's unique excellence. For a beverage that all too often has the stereotype, this coffee shop makes sure that we should always explore the road not taken.
