Cocktail lab grand opening! FROZEN MARGARITA & COSMOPOLITAN
Finally I decide to become a dedicated alcoholic (wasn't i already be?!).
After collecting some basic liqueurs and ordering equipment on the Internet,
the experiments have started!
The first trial dealing with two basic basic cocktail: MARGARITA and COSMOPOLITAN
Since I didn't have blender at that time, the MARGARITA was actually FROZEN MARGARITA that doesn't need blending.
And the products are below:
Comments: First of all, I didn't have a MARGARITA glass, which was essential, and thus my salt ring turned out to be a disaster. For COSMOPOLITAN, my sis said the color should be more pinky rather than ruby. Most important of all, about the flavor...Both of them were overwhlemed by the strong Cointreau, probably because of diluted juice. That reminded me that I should use less Cointreau next time.
